The NFC Cat App is a tool that allows users to create, read, and erase NFC tag data. We have designed this App with your privacy in mind, storing data locally on your device rather than on external servers.

NFC Tag Data: The App processes NFC tag data that you choose to create, read, or erase. This data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.
Device Information: We collect basic device information necessary for the App to function properly, such as your device model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers. This information is stored locally on your device.
Google Places API: Our App uses the Google Places API to enable you to search for businesses, view business listing details, and generate links to Google Business Profile review pages. When you use these features, your search queries and location data may be sent to Google as required by the API. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information on how Google handles your data.

Our App does not use cookies. The only tracking occurs through the Google Places API when you use features that access this service, as described above.
Local Storage: All data created or processed by the App is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a database or storage system on external servers for user data.
No Data Retention: Since we do not collect or store your data on our servers, we do not have data retention policies beyond what is maintained locally on your device.
Security: We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the information stored locally on your device, but please be aware that no security system is impenetrable.

Access and Control: Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your data. You can delete any data stored by the App by clearing the App's data through your device settings or by uninstalling the App.

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last Updated" date.

However, Google, as a third-party service provider, may process your data according to their privacy policy.
